"La productividad no se hace por decreto, tiene que incentivarse"

Las metas en el Infonavit año con año irán en ascenso, mientras las restricciones de los recursos se mantendrán. Por este motivo se consideró necesaria la implementación de un sistema para incrementar e incentivar la productividad laboral.
